Kinderland Muar celebrates different festive seasons on yearly basis. The first event in Rooster Year was the Chinese New Year celebration with all children and parents. The event held on the 8th days of Lunar New Year. Varies activities were arranged specially for children and parents. These include fringe activities such as rooster hand & face tattoo, family photo taking, choir, drama, art and craft, games and Lo Hei.

Children enjoyed the rooster tattoo. Some requested to draw on their arm, on their cheek and some on their hands.
The event started with the short skit on culture and origins of Chinese New Year. Things can and cannot do during Chinese New Year. For instance, we are encouraged to put on bright colour clothes and speak positive words.
After that, there was choir on Chinese New Year songs, D.I.Y lantern and games. Not forgetting the lucky draws and Lo Hei – tossing of Yu Sheng by children and parents together with all of us @ Kinderland Muar.

The tossing of Yusheng marks the end of the festival, bringing forth blessing for a prosperous year ahead.
