Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and ensure overall school performance.
  • To manage all admin and finance related matters.
  • To manage student’s enrolment and human resource matters.
  • To strive for high academic excellence.
  • To plan for school events, projects and etc.
  • To exhibit a professional attitude in dealing with the fellow teachers, staffs, parents, and students.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education/Business Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s):  Able to communicate with all level of people. Able to work independently. Good problem solving skills and good supervisory skills. Able to take up challenges and positive thinking. Able to build strong rapport with parents and children.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in managing a kindergarten/childcare.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara area.
  • Full-Time position available.

Remuneration:

  • Salary, allowance and year-end incentive.

Staff Development and Job Advancement :    

Staff training will be provided and job advancement/opportunity for regional role.

Responsibilities:

  • Energetic and enthusiastic, enjoy working with infants & toddlers aged 2 months to 18 months and pre-school children 4 to 6 years being passionate about their overall development.
  • Committed in nurturing children with great responsibility, with love and affection.
  • Assist in planning curriculum / activities for the children.
  • Planning and carrying out the daily developmental and care giving tasks of children.
  • Relationship building with children and their families.
  • Create and maintain a caring working and learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Psychology/Education/ Nursing or KAAK with childcare experiences.
  • Required skill(s):  Able to communicate with all level of people (able to build strong rapport with parents and children).
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in teaching young children.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Subang or Bangsar area.
  • Full-Time position available.
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to counsel and provide advice, guidance and information on admissions/ enrolment requirement to prospective and existing students on CTCSOL/HSK course.
  • To deliver enrolment targets and provide excellent pre & post sales service.
  • Drive lead generation and follow up with a view to closure.
  • Participate in marketing events such as talks, education fairs, workshop and other marketing or promotional events.
  • Manage the enquiries, ensuring all emails, calls and walk-ins are responded promptly and in professional manner.
  • Maintain consistent contact with students throughout the enrolment process and achieve defined sales objectives.
  • To assist in the administration matters in the office in order to assist the smooth operation of the administration department.

Requirements:

  • Preferably candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in or equivalent.
  • Candidate with sales experience are encourage to apply.
  • Good command of Mandarin, English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Result oriented, self-starter, good time management skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Candidate must display good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in courteous and professional manner.
  • Creative, resourceful and customer focus and willing to work weekends and beyond normal working hours.
