Children of Kinderland Preschool @ Maisson Ara Damansara dressed in different ambitions and careers for Children’s Day – from doctors to firefighters and even ninja instructors!

Kinderland Preschool @ Maisson Ara Damansara turned this year’s Children’s Day into an unforgettable celebration of imagination, curiosity, and big dreams. Instead of a typical themed festivity, the centre introduced Ambition Day, a meaningful twist that encouraged children to explore who they hope to become—whether tomorrow, in primary school, or many years into their future.

The idea came from the centre’s deep belief in nurturing children’s natural sense of wonder. Ms. Nicole Leong, the Principal, shared that children thrive when their excitement is preserved and their imaginations are given room to flourish. It was a day where possibilities felt endless, and every little learner was invited to dream without limits.

A Day Filled with Discovery and Play

The celebration unfolded through a series of hands-on activity stations, each designed to blend fun with purposeful learning. Laughter filled the rooms as children eagerly rotated from one challenge to the next.

The educators at Kinderland Preschool @ Maisson Ara Damansara prepared each fun station with care and purpose. Every activity was designed to strengthen motor skills, build persistence and patience, and encourage children to be caring and responsible — all essential qualities that contribute to their holistic growth and future success.

From cracking open frozen treasures at the “Ice Smash Surprise” to sorting colours at the “Rainbow Ball Sorter”, every activity sparked curiosity and joy. Many children were especially drawn to “Design Your Little Fish Home”, where they eagerly built tiny habitats with creativity and heart.

Little Ambitions, Big Dreams

Among the many shining faces that day was six-year-old Emir, who proudly shared his dream of becoming an astronaut. He spoke with wide-eyed fascination about discovering new things in space—a reminder of how fearless and open children are when exploring the world around them.

Like many of his classmates, Emir has a dream close to his heart. At six years old, he aspires to be an astronaut—a space explorer in the making!

When asked what he needed to do to achieve his dream, Emir said with determination that he must study hard and take good care of himself. His clarity, even at such a young age, reflected the very purpose of Ambition Day: to plant seeds of self-belief and perseverance.

Another little dreamer who stood out that day was three-year-old Chen Yin, who shyly shared her ambition of becoming a doctor. In her gentle, innocent voice, she explained that she wants to help people and “does not want anyone to be sick.” Her simple yet noble reason showed just how deeply children understand care and kindness, even at such a young age.

While enjoying the fun activities her teachers prepared, little Chen Yin shared her dream of becoming a doctor someday—a noble ambition to help those in need.

A Message of Hope and Possibility

As the event ended, the principal shared a heartfelt message to the children:
A reminder to keep dreaming boldly, exploring with curiosity, and cherishing every step of their learning journey. “The sky is the limit,” she said, “and your imagination can take you anywhere!
