Lion dance performance is the most anticipated event during any Chinese New Year celebration. Parents and children of Kinderland Preschool @ Section 14, Petaling Jaya witnessed the rhythmic steps and agility of the lion dancers.

Engaging and Festive CNY Activities

Centres like Kinderland Preschool @ Maisson Ara Damansara even organized Chinese New Year thematic activities like the zodiac matching game and performances to elevate the festivities.

A Feast of Togetherness: Yee Sang & Potluck Delights

A feast for all to enjoy! Kinderland Preschool @ Denai Alam had some parents recite the “Lou Sang” wishes whilst mixing their “Yee Sang”. Children get to enjoy the tossing of the salad together with their friends.
For several preschools, the joyous tradition of lou sang added an extra layer of festivity. Children, teachers, and parents gathered around to toss the yee sang high into the air, symbolizing prosperity, health, and happiness in the year ahead.
Meanwhile, at other preschools, families came together to share a delightful potluck spread, with parents contributing a variety of dishes. This heartwarming gathering fostered a sense of community among Kinderland families, reflecting the importance of personal growth through shared experiences.
